"Foon Yew Women's Basketball," an ordinary but extraordinary term that is filled with brilliance. And all this brilliance is exchanged with tears and sweat from everyone. We always uphold the spirit of "we get tired together, we strive together" and strive for the glory of this team.

"The three minutes on stage require ten years of practice off stage," this statement is not an exaggeration. Although a basketball game only lasts a short 40 minutes, we have to put in many times more time to practice. It's all to avoid disappointing those who support us and to ensure that we have no regrets! Each game will not be replayed once it's over, so we can only seize every second and strive for the best results.

In this big family, everyone's level is different. However, whether it's players with innate talent or those who must rely on hard work to make up for it, everyone is constantly striving. Even if there is only a slight improvement, it can give people the courage to continue fighting. Each practice is undoubtedly hard; the injuries suffered during practice or matches make everyone suffer, but as long as we win a game, all the pain will be wiped away; the sweat and tears shed before will be drowned out by cheers.

This year, in the finals of the Under-18 Youth Cup, we handed over the championship trophy that we had held for many years, but we did not lose. In the process of the game, we won the care and encouragement between teammates, and we made progress in the technical and psychological aspects of each player. The success or failure of Foon Yew Women's Basketball cannot be determined by a single game. This failure is just a stumble, and as long as we continue to practice hard in the future, there will always be a day when we regain the championship. Because women's basketball is passed down from generation to generation, as long as we don't give up, we will always have a chance to succeed.

All the members of the women's basketball team, we are all lucky. We have many advantages that other teams don't have. We have a group of seniors who love and care for us, coaches and directors who wholeheartedly support the team, as well as training facilities and equipment, all of which were obtained through the hard work of those who came before us! We should never take all of this for granted. We have been given a lot, so we must put in more effort to protect it.

Remember, our story is not over, and it will never end. Let's continue to take each step together.

“宽中女篮”,一个平凡不过的名词,却有着不平凡的精彩。而这所有的精彩,是大家用泪与汗换来的。大家总是秉持着“要累一起累,要拼一起 拼”的精神,为这个家的荣耀奋斗着。 

“台上三分钟,台下十年功”,这话并不夸张。虽然一场球赛才不过短短的40分钟,但我们却必须付出比40分钟更多倍的时间来练习。为的只是不让支持我们的人失望,不让自己有后悔的机会!每一场球赛,结束了就不会重来,所以我们只能抓紧每一秒,争取最好的成绩。 

在这个大家庭里,每个人的程度都不同。但,无论是拥有与生俱来的条件,或是必须靠后天努力来弥补的球员,都不断努力着。哪怕是只能有一丁点的进步,都能让人更有勇气的奋斗下去。每次的练习,无疑是辛苦的;练习或比赛时受的伤,更让大家苦不堪言,但只要一场比赛的胜利,便能把所有的痛抹去;之前所流下的汗与泪,也会被欢呼声所淹没。 

今年,在18岁以下青年杯的决赛中,我们把蝉联多年的冠军杯拱手让人了,但我们并没有输。我们在比赛的过程中赢得了队员之间的关怀与鼓励,赢得了各个球员技术与心理素质上的进步。宽中女篮的成败,并非一场球赛所能决定的。这次的失败,只是一次的跌倒,只要大家今后努力练习,总有把冠军夺回的一天。因为女篮是一代传一代的,只要不放弃,我们就永远有成功的机会。 

女篮的各位,我们都是幸运的。我们拥有许多球队所没有的优越条件。我们有一群疼爱我们的学长学姐,有为球队尽心尽力的教练、主任,还有练球的场地、用具等, 都是前人几经辛苦才换来的!不要觉得这一切是理所当然的。我们拥有的很多,所以我们必须付出更多的努力去保护这一切。 

记得,我们的故事还没结束,也不会结束, 大家要一起一步一脚印的走下去。
