STEAMBOAT CUP 2023

The organization of the Steamboat Cup at Foon Yew High School in Johor Bahru can be described as a passionate and unforgettable event. The significance of this event lies not only in the intense competition of the basketball games but also in bringing basketball teammates together to relive past basketball memories and friendships.

We are grateful for the generous sponsorship of Fan DaYe BBQ & Steamboat Buffet, allowing us to share wonderful moments in this special occasion. Through the call of various team captains, nearly 70 basketball teammates gathered together, witnessing this special moment collectively.

The intensity of the competition was evident from the group stages to the finals, as each team displayed a resilient and competitive spirit. After the tense and fierce matches, the A2 team, led by Koh Ji Hong and Tee Wei Yi, clinched the championship through outstanding teamwork and coordination, while the A1 team, led by Lim Fu Siang and Tee Yong Sern, also demonstrated formidable strength and secured the runner-up position. The third place went to the B3 team, led by Chu Hao Xue.

The intense showdown between the A2 and A4 teams during the three-point shooting contest ignited the passion of the crowd, with the A2 team ultimately prevailing under the leadership of William Tay Lip Tact, once again showcasing the basketball prowess of the past.

Following the day filled with tense and thrilling matches, everyone indulged in delicious food and shared laughter at the banquet hosted by Fan DaYe BBQ & Steamboat Buffet. This Steamboat Cup was not just a basketball extravaganza but also a precious journey of friendship, allowing us to reminisce about the past and envision the future. We look forward to the next reunion, continuing to script the legendary tale of basketball camaraderie.

感谢范大爷自助碳烤火锅的慷慨赞助，让我们得以在这个特别的场合中共度美好时光。通过各届队长的号召，近70位篮球队友齐聚一堂，共同见证了这个特殊时刻。

比赛的激烈程度可见一斑，从小组赛到决赛，各队都展现出顽强拼搏的精神。在经历了紧张激烈的比赛后，A2队伍以许纪鸿和郑维翊为首，凭借出色的团队合作和默契拿下了冠军，而A1队伍以林富祥和李永胜为核心力量，也展现了顽强的实力，获得亚军。季军则花落了以朱浩学为首的B3队伍。

在三分大赛中，A2队伍与A4队伍的激烈对决更是点燃了现场的激情，最终A2队伍凭借郑立达的带领拔得头筹，再次展现了昔日的篮球风采。
