In 2005, the women's basketball team started its journey, and who knows how many years have passed from then until now. From a few individuals in the past to dozens of players today, every single moment is recorded in the hearts of those who witnessed the growth of the women's basketball team.

Basketball is a team activity that requires the cooperation and efforts of everyone involved. Many people claim to love playing basketball, but when it comes to training and intensive practice, they are frightened and reluctant. These individuals are not truly passionate about basketball. A true basketball lover is willing to endure exhaustion and hardships, even knowing that their efforts may not be rewarded. They believe that it is worth it to strive for basketball excellence within the women's basketball team. It is because of this group of silly and devoted individuals that the team has its unique charm.

In the past, the women's basketball team lacked unity and cohesion. During practice, everyone focused solely on their individual skills, and after practice, they would disperse without a sense of togetherness. But now, everything has changed, truly changed. The team is filled with energy and enthusiasm, and every day is filled with joy and excitement. Together, we strive for victory in every game, putting in every drop of blood and sweat as if they were precious gems. In the face of occasional friction and conflicts, we gather for emergency meetings to resolve issues, and once the sadness passes, everything returns to normal. The women's basketball team is a group characterized by innocence and purity.

The women's basketball team has experienced countless matches, and each time, their efforts have paid off with championships. However, few people truly understand the arduousness of achieving those championships. Every game is taken seriously, and every practice session is considered crucial. Indeed, training can be painful, but for the glory and recognition on the court, we push through. We work hard to avoid being looked down upon by others. We don't ask for much, we just keep giving and striving.

Our teacher often says that training is rational, while hardship is unreasonable. We have to fight and persevere. The choice is in our hands at the crossroads of hesitation. There are two paths to choose from: one leading to angels and the other to demons. The angel's path may bring pain in the first half, but the happiness that follows is infinite. Unfortunately, many have been deceived by the sweet words of the demon. They chose to leave us, to leave the women's basketball team. Those who stayed claim they have no regrets. They love the team, they love basketball, and there is no doubt about it. Just wait, when we reach our senior year, the angels will let us taste the sweetness of victory. Come on, women's basketball team. We have shown you the path to the championship, and now it's up to you to walk it in the next phase. Keep going...

2005年,女篮从以前到现在,不知过了多少年。从以前的几个人到今天的几十个人,这一点一滴都——记录在每伴著女篮成长的人的心理。 

篮球是一项团体的活动,是需要靠全部人的合作与努力才能完成的。有很多人都是爱打篮球的,但是一听到要练球,要集训,一个个都吓得脸青唇白的。其实,他们并不是一个真正爱篮球的人。一个真正爱篮球的人是不管多累,多辛苦, 甚至明知道付出了也得不到回报却愿意继承为它而努力的。 他们认为那是值得的在女子篮球队里。就是拥有了这一群傻傻笨笨的人。 

以前的女篮,很散,真的很散,练球的时候就是练球, 练完后,大家都各分东西了,一点凝聚力也没有。但现在, 不一样了,真的不一样了,大家都充满了朝气,每天都是开开心心的。大家一起为了比赛而奋斗,为了冠军而努力,付出 的每一滴血每一滴汗都如宝石般珍贵。偶尔发生一些小摩擦, 小问题让大家不愉快时,大家就会招开紧急会议,一起解决, 伤心难过后就什么事也没有了。女篮就是那么纯真的一群。

女篮经历无数的比赛,每一次都能得偿所愿,得到冠军, 但有谁知道,这个冠军真的得来不易,每一次的比赛,大家 都认真的对待,所以每一次的练球对大家来说都是重要的。的确,练球是痛苦的,但是,为了场上那一分钟的风光, 大家拼了。为了不要让别人瞧不起,大家做了,大家不求什么,只是不断的付出,不断的努力。 

老师常说,合理的是训练,不合理的是磨练,要拼,要放,选择在于自己,在这让你犹豫不决的三叉路口,只有两条路可以走,一条路往著天使,而另一条路往着恶魔,天使让你的前半路是痛苦的,但之後让你得到的快乐却是无限的。很可惜,有很多人都被恶魔的甜言蜜语骗了。他们选择了离开我们,离开女篮。留下来的,他们说永不后悔,他们爱女篮,爱篮球,这是无可质疑的。等待吧,到了高三,天使就会让我们尝到甜的滋味。加油吧,女篮。我们为你指出了冠军的路,接下来的要自己走下期去了。。。
