In a team, unity, spirit, and understanding are the fertilizers for each player's growth. A player is like a tree, and each tree contains infinite care and nurture. These young trees thrive in a warm environment.

Throughout life, we experience the sourness of defeat, the sweetness of victory without being cloying, and the spiciness and sting of criticism. These ups and downs adorn our lives. In a match, until the last moment, we still have a chance, so we must persist and finish a game. Although we did not achieve our goal in the 2014 Inter-school Sports Championship, we will not be discouraged but rather actively strive towards our objectives.

Under the scorching weather, we sweat and shed blood on the basketball court during training. Although the training process is tough, teammates encourage each other, and the radiant smiles make training enjoyable. To improve our skills, we dedicate time during holidays to practice at school. Occasionally, we also organize recreational activities to alleviate fatigue among team members.

Although training takes up a considerable amount of time, we do not neglect our academic performance, as teachers provide us with sufficient time to prepare for exams. 

Harmony lies in harmony of voices, and principles arise from similarity. We are not just teammates; we are also a big family. On the eve of the Lunar New Year, we gather together for a reunion dinner. During this meal, we enjoy the joyful atmosphere and naturally strengthen the bond among team members. Trust among teammates is crucial and takes a long time to build, and it will never crumble due to rumors and gossip.

Youth leaves no trace, and time spares no one. Many people will leave to pursue their other dreams, and many will join our big family. What matters is that even with people leaving and others joining, we will always remain as one family.

在一个团队里，团结，精神，默契是每个球员成长中的肥料。一个球员就好比一棵树, 一棵棵的树，包含了无限的细心和呵护, 这些小树在一个温暖的环境下也茁壮成长。 

人的一生中, 酸苦的挫败, 甜而不腻的胜利 ,又辣又呛的各种责骂, 这些酸甜苦辣都点缀着我们的生活。在比赛里还没到最后一刻我们都还是有机会的, 所以要坚持下去打完一场比赛。虽然在 2014年独中球类锦标赛里达不成目标, 但是我们不会气馁而是更积极地向目标前进。 

在炙热的天气下, 我们挥洒着热血的汗在篮球场进行训练。虽然训练的过程辛苦, 但队友们互相鼓励, 流露出灿烂的笑容使人慢慢觉得训练很有趣。为了让球艺进步, 我们会在假期中抽出时间回学校练球。我们偶尔也会办一些康乐活动来疏解队员们的疲劳。

虽然练球的时间比较长可是队员们也不会因此而忽略了成绩, 老师也会给我们充足的时间去准备考试。 

响必应之于同声, 道固从至于同类, 我们不只是队友,我们也是一个大家庭。每逢新年前夕我们都会聚在一起吃团圆饭。在这个聚餐里, 我们享受着欢乐的气氛自然地也会增进队员们彼此的感情。 对队友们彼此的信赖很重要, 需要很长的时间才会一点点一步步地建立起来,绝对不会因为一点流言蜚语而倒。 

青春不留痕, 岁月不留人, 很多人都会离开去追寻他的另一个梦想, 也有很多人加入我们的大家庭。重要的是就算有人离开有人加入我们始终还是一家人。
