SUMMARY:Regular Training (Male & Female) Week 18
DESCRIPTION:EVENT SUMMARYBasketball is a dynamic sport that requires a high level of skill and fitness\, and regular training is essential for players to improve their game. Our basketball community is excited to announce that we will be holding regular training sessions every Friday from 7 pm to 11 pm. The female basketball team will begin the training from 7 pm to 9 pm\, followed by the male team from 9 pm to 11 pm. \nOur training sessions are open to the public\, and we welcome all players who are passionate about basketball to join us. We do not limit the number of players\, but we recommend a maximum of 30 players per session to ensure that everyone has ample playing time. \nTo facilitate better communication and attendance tracking\, we will add all interested players\, whether members or non-members\, to a WhatsApp or Telegram group. Before each session\, players must confirm their attendance in the group so that our coaches can plan the training schedule and tailor it to the needs of the players. \nTo maintain a high level of safety and performance\, players must wear sports shoes during the training sessions. We also encourage players to wear jerseys with their names on the back to make it easier for teammates to identify each other on the court. \nPlayers are welcome to arrange their own dinner or supper before or after the training session\, but attendance is not compulsory. We understand the importance of nutrition for athletes and encourage players to eat healthily and drink plenty of water before and after training. \nWe are committed to keeping the training sessions accessible to everyone in the community\, but when the financial support of our basketball community is low\, we may need to collect a small training fee from players to cover the cost of the court and equipment. The cap for this fee is RM20 per month\, which we believe is affordable for all players. \nIt is important to note that the regular training sessions may be cancelled for a variety of reasons\, such as court usage\, lack of attendees\, public holidays\, competitions\, and other events. However\, we will make every effort to notify players of any cancellations in advance to avoid any inconvenience. \nIn conclusion\, our basketball community is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for players of all levels to come together and improve their game. DESCRIPTION:EVENT SUMMARYBasketball is a dynamic sport that requires a high level of skill and fitness\, and regular training is essential for players to improve their game. Our basketball community is excited to announce that we will be holding regular training sessions every Friday from 7 pm to 11 pm. The female basketball team will begin the training from 7 pm to 9 pm\, followed by the male team from 9 pm to 11 pm. \nOur training sessions are open to the public\, and we welcome all players who are passionate about basketball to join us. We do not limit the number of players\, but we recommend a maximum of 30 players per session to ensure that everyone has ample playing time. \nTo facilitate better communication and attendance tracking\, we will add all interested players\, whether members or non-members\, to a WhatsApp or Telegram group. Before each session\, players must confirm their attendance in the group so that our coaches can plan the training schedule and tailor it to the needs of the players. \nTo maintain a high level of safety and performance\, players must wear sports shoes during the training sessions. We also encourage players to wear jerseys with their names on the back to make it easier for teammates to identify each other on the court. \nPlayers are welcome to arrange their own dinner or supper before or after the training session\, but attendance is not compulsory. We understand the importance of nutrition for athletes and encourage players to eat healthily and drink plenty of water before and after training. \nWe are committed to keeping the training sessions accessible to everyone in the community\, but when the financial support of our basketball community is low\, we may need to collect a small training fee from players to cover the cost of the court and equipment. The cap for this fee is RM20 per month\, which we believe is affordable for all players. \nIt is important to note that the regular training sessions may be cancelled for a variety of reasons\, such as court usage\, lack of attendees\, public holidays\, competitions\, and other events. However\, we will make every effort to notify players of any cancellations in advance to avoid any inconvenience. \nIn conclusion\, our basketball community is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for players of all levels to come together and improve their game.
